Point this at a Cobalt instance on a residential IP (e.g. your Mac Pro server) to bypass YouTube’s data-center blocks. It becomes the primary node, with the public pool as backup.
Paste a YouTube or social link to extract its formats via the yt-dlp mirror pool. The pool fails over automatically; pin or cycle a specific mirror above. Each format streams through the rip tunnel and saves locally.
Iframe providers can't be ripped frame-internally, so record the visible output: pick the tab/window showing the player (enable “share tab audio”). Stop to save the file.
